The blinged out piece of jewelry is a Mother of Pearl Rolex with 15.38 carats of VS diamonds around the band and 1.5 carats of VS diamonds on the roman numerals lining the face dial with an overall value of about $42,000 according to the publication. She is turning 16-years-old on March 26.
