Maluma is living his best life and traveling the world for his Papi Juancho Tour. During one of his stops in Germany, he helped a fan propose to his girlfriend! An experience that I'm sure the couple will remember for the rest of their lives. Once the proposal began the stage turned red and there was rose petals falling over the cute couple.
