Ok this story is wild! I've heard roosters in my hood before but never just roaming around! I guess these neighbors had a fallout after one of the neighbors got attacked by the rooster and ended up killing it! The owner of the rooster is upset and the guy that got attacked might face jail time..the news report is pretty funny though not gonna lie!
