Town in Argentina Vies for World’s Largest Milanesa Record

It’s a project that could feed a whole town, and hopefully earn a Guinness World Record. Argentina celebrates Milanesa Day in May and this year the town of Lujan outside of Buenos Aires came together to create the world’s largest Neopolitan Milanesa. The dish is a national favorite and is based on Italian milanesa, a breaded and fried veal cutlet, but Argentinians make theirs with top round steak and cover it with tomato sauce and mozzarella.
